前言
本文實作將 Juniper 350M 恢復至原廠預設值，下列介紹的二種方法也適用於其它 Juniper SSG 系列防火牆：- 方法一、使用 機器序號 回復至原廠預設值
- 方法二、使用 Reset 鈕 回復至原廠預設值
實作環境
- Juniper 350M
- Firmware Version： 6.2.0r5.0 (Firewall+VPN)
安裝及設定
透過電腦的 RS-232 Port 用原廠附的 Console 線與 Juniper 350M 的 Console Port 對接，超級終端機設定值如下：- 傳輸位元 (Bits Per Second)： 9600
- 資料位元 (Data Bits)： 8
- 同位檢查 (Parity)： 無
- 停止位元 (Stop Bits)： 1
- 流量控制 (Flow Control)： 無
方法一、使用機器序號回復至原廠預設值
首先，透過電腦的 RS-232 Port 以及原廠附的 Console 線，與 Juniper 350M 的 Console Port 對接，然後在 login、password 欄位輸入 Juniper 機器序號。login: 輸入 Juniper 機器序號 ex. JNxxxxxxxxx
password: 輸入 Juniper 機器序號 ex. JNxxxxxxxxx此時會出現下列訊息，告知您 Juniper 將會恢復至原廠預設值，請輸入 y 繼續。
!!! Lost Password Reset !!! You have initiated a command to reset the device to factory defaults,
clearing all current configuration and settings. Would you like to continue? y/[n] y再次跟您確認 Juniper 會回復至原廠預設值，輸入 y 繼續。
!! Reconfirm Lost Password Reset !! If you continue, the entire configuration of the device will be erased.
In addition, a permanent counter will be incremented to signify that this device has been reset.
This is your last chance to cancel this command. If you proceed,
the device will return to factory default configuration,
which is: System IP: 192.168.1.1; username: netscreen, password: netscreen. Would you like to continue? y/[n] y
In reset ...機器便會自動重新啟動，然後恢復到原廠預設值，預設登入帳號及密碼都為「netscreen」。
方法二、使用 Reset 鈕回復至原廠預設值
若您的 Juniper 機器序號遺失且貼在 Juniper 機器上的序號貼紙被刮掉了，這時您只能使用 Juniper 面板上的「Reset 鈕」來將 Juniper 回復至原廠預設值，請透過電腦的 RS-232 Port 用原廠附的 Console 線與 Juniper 350M 的 Console Port 對接。此時，請按住 Reset 鈕不放 (約 3 秒) 會在 Console 看到下列訊息，當出現關鍵字「Waiting for 2nd confirmation」時，放開 Reset 鈕 2 秒後再次壓下 Reset 鈕 (確保並非不小心按到 Reset 鈕機制!!)。此時 Juniper 便會重新開機並回復至原廠預設值。login: Configuration Erasure Process aborted.
login: Configuration Erasure Process has been initiated. //第一次壓住 reset 鈕後出現的訊息
Waiting for 2nd confirmation. //放開 reset 鈕約 2 秒後再壓 reset 鈕
2nd push has been confirmed. //將會重新開機並回復至原廠預設值
Configuration Erase sequence accepted, unit reset. //Juniper 重新開機機器便會自動重新啟動，然後恢復到原廠預設值，預設登入帳號及密碼都為「netscreen」。
